A full refund of the ticket price is available within 30 days of purchase. After this period, but no later than 30 days before the event, a refund is possible, subject to a booking fee of 50% of the ticket price.

If you choose to pay in instalments, you are only entitled to participate in the event once the full amount has been paid. If you withdraw from the LARP before paying the full amount, you may receive a refund of the last instalment paid, provided that the withdrawal takes place no later than 30 days before the event. A delay in paying an instalment of more than 7 days from the scheduled date is equivalent to withdrawing from the LARP, as is failure to pay the final instalment 30 days before the event. We allow for the possibility of arranging individual instalment payment dates.

In the event of the game being cancelled, we will refund the full amount paid.
