Summary of the Year 2025
Jakub Krassowski
Dec 31, 2025
The third year of LarpVenture's activity has passed. It was the most demanding one so far, but also the one in which the vast majority of our projects, orders, and activities ended in success. We entered this year with ambitious plans, and we are ending it with the feeling that we have actually achieved them.
2025 in numbers
16 events organized (+5 vs. 2024), including:
- 7 large larps
- 7 games, workshops, and projects for companies and public institutions
- 1 ball
- 2 Witcher delegations for Expo in Osaka
574 people bought 690 tickets (+166 vs. 2024)
97 people collaborated with us on at least one event (-9 vs. 2024)

This is the result of consistent changes, openness to feedback, and the work of many people. Thanks to you, we can improve our larps!
It wasn't an easy year – it was intense, demanding, and very busy. We are closing it with smiles on our faces, thanks to the players who motivated us with their dedication and trusted us to to deliver an experience worth their time and money. We increased our revenue, implemented new event formats, and noticeably improved the satisfaction of larp participants and institutional partners.
This would not have been possible without the daily work of the team.
Production, scenario, logistics, translations, social media, player support, and on-site crew. These are dozens of people whose efforts we see and appreciate! This year, we introduced a new structure for working on larps – we selected a coordinator, director, and producer for each project. We divided responsibilities to better take care of important aspects of the games. We are still refining this model, but we believe that in 2026 it will help us manage efficiently and deliver high quality.
Most importantly, however, LarpVenture has become a more mature organization—stronger operationally, more organized, and better prepared for future challenges.
We would like to thank everyone who was part of this year.
We are entering the next stage with a clear understanding of where we are and where we want to go. Once again, we have ambitious plans, but we are no longer afraid to look to the future.
Why? Because if someone had said a few years ago that, despite crises and difficult moments, we would end 2025 as a partner of CD PROJEKT RED, a participant in EXPO in Osaka, and with nearly a thousand people in our database, it would have been hard to believe. And yet – we did it. We reached for things that once seemed out of reach, and we are not going to stop there.
In 2026, we are focusing not only on larps, but also more on business cooperation. We are looking for new IP and continuing to develop games – we already have six confirmed ones, and we haven't even started selling tickets for most of the others yet. This means that we are in for a record year in this respect. We are strongly committed to Krystalium, whose success has shown us that it is worth working on projects and giving them a second chance.
Despite the difficulties, we are moving forward, learning from our mistakes and drawing on our experience...
...and we are still living our larp adventure.
